  • Winter/Spring Roost: Dominant Toms will roost in cypress trees over water

  • Osceolas will fly to dry land to Strut

    • Spurs: 1 to 1 1/2 inches
    • Weight: 16 to 22 Pounds

    • Head: Blue to Gray
    • Back Feathers: Polished Light Brown
    • Tail Feathers: Brown to Black with a white stripe
    • Beard: possible
    • Weight: 6 to 12 Pounds
  • Legs, Tails, Spurs and Beards are longer in proportion
